Review of Leviathan (1989) by Drew H — 20 Sep 2010
This is a solid horror/monster movie. Basic story is a group of underwater deep-sea miners by accident release a Leviathan from its deep sleep and endanger their lives. Peter Weller is the main star of the movie.
It's your typical death and destruction due to this monster attacking their underwater base. But I liked it. I though the story is solid and has a good cast. The F/X is very good in this. The creature was not cheesy and came across as scary.
If you liked Deep Blue Sea then you should check this movie out.
