Offers precious few chuckles but that's about it. The premise would probably have worked best as a skit, but instead, the full-fledged plot hauls you off to a humorless cell after it plays its one note joke.
One of the only redeeming segments is towards the end, when things speed up into a just barely entertaining action comedy it so desperately wants to be.
