Review of Lethal Weapon 2 (1989) by Russell H — 24 Apr 2015
The original is surprisingly dark and this sequel changes a fair amount to a more action comedic buddy movie. Its got its share of 90's cop movie tropes but surprises you will the cowardly Joe Pesci character.
Gibson and Glover work as smoothly together as well at the complementary parts they play. Any movie sequel should be happy to be this good.
