I give it a solid 4 stars as being one of the best in the series. It's very funny and has some great interaction with crazy Riggs and good ol' Murtaugh. Great villains too. Unfortunately, it's got some very inappropriate content in there that I had to skip over and felt the writers just wanted an excuse to show some skin.
