Review of Let Me In (2010) by Tetsuo — 02 Aug 2011
The whole idea of remaking a critically-acclaimed and faithfully adaptation of John Ajvide Lindqvist's vampire love story. This tries too hard to include everthing in the book. Fans of the source material loved the original for sticking close to the main plot and leaving in one sub-plot.
Actors kodi Smith-McPhee and Chloe Moretz are good actors, the directing and other actors prove that you can't use every single detail from a complex novel. As you may have guessed I'm not excited for the remake of Stieg Larsson's Millenium trilogy.
