Review of Let Me In (2010) by Kyle W — 27 May 2012
Super freaky, super suspenseful, and super good. Also pretty sweet; "Cloverfield" director Matt Reeves drops the shaky camera, so no need to bring the barf bags, unless heavy blood spray gets to you.
The kids are great, Richard Jenkins is great; it may lack the bite (anyone, anyone?) of its Swedish predecessor "Let the Right One In," but that also may just depend on which you see first. This certainly does the original justice and stands on its own as the sane mans substitute for "Twilight.
" The score is awesome too.
