Whether it's labeled 'Let Me In' or 'Let The Right One In', it's the initial concept of John Ajvide Lindqvist that makes it one of the most seductive horror stories since the Exorcist - the remake may have clarified the plot earlier and constructed a more judicious bond between the two children but there was no excuse for such appalling special effects.
..I still don't understand why this film was remade in the first place.
