Review of Let It Ride (1989) by Mark M — 14 Aug 2005
This is a film that is not intended to be one of the best films of all time or one to be greatly admired; it is a film to be enjoyed and one to walk out of with a smile, and it more than fulfills its intentions. Richard Dreyfuss is phenomenal in this criminally enjoyable comedy about a down-on-his-luck taxi driver who loses his money at the race tracks as routine, but just has ?one really good day.? It you?re looking for a feel good comedy, ?Let it Ride? on this film..
