Review of Let It Be (1970) by Noah J — 23 Apr 2008
Any talk of this providing insight into the band's dissolution is pretty exaggerated, both because there's only any kind of hostility in one 20-second scene and because they went on to do a much better album together directly after this one? So most of this is just the band playing their least good album's songs as we're already familiar with them (except an earlier "Two of Us" with better drums), but the end is great and there's a good moment where Paul calls Ringo "Rick".
