Review of Les Misérables (1998) by Kimberly Z — 06 Jul 2009
The portrayal of human emotional, reaching out and grabbing your heart, and human compassion. Truly outstanding. However they didn't follow the book in some parts, like they left out Jean's death and Marius proposing to Cosette, but it was close enough and the book is quite long! It's sad that they didn't put Eponine in there and left out Fantine's past.
