Review of Leonard Cohen: I'm Your Man (2006) by Joshua T — 10 Jun 2009
More a concert DVD (though chapter titles dont correlate directly to the songs) than a documentary (some nice tidbits in the interviews, but no narrative structure to the film).
Love the eponymous album, and almost all of the performances (esp Rufus Wainwrights', who also does Hallelujah which isnt on the album, though I prefer the album version of Chelsea Hotel; Beth Orton doing Sisters of Mercy; Nick Cave...).
