Review of Lenny (1974) by E T — 01 Oct 2005
[color=white]Bob Fosse's stark biography of ultra-controversial comedian Lenny Bruce, brilliantly portrayed by Dustin Hoffman in one of the best performances of his career. The black-and-white cinematography is amazing, and Valerie Perrine nearly steals the spotlight with a captivating supporting performance as Bruce's stripper wife.
