Tristan is probably one of the most memorable movie characters from the 1990's - and arguably launched Brad Pitt's career into what it is today. Although the movie certainly has its flaws it's hard not to get emotionally caught up in this epic tradgedy.
Legends of the Fall is one of those movies that the 90's geneneration will watch 30 years from know with a great amount of nostaliga - while everyone else will watch it, shake their heads and be secertly grateful that movies have evolved into something better (kind of like the current generation does with movies made 30 years ago.
).
