This is one of those so awful films, it might just be a masterpiece. The usually excellent Hardy is a tad embarrassing here. One of the twins is gentle and misunderstood; the other seems to be Mark Lamarr.
You have 2 hours of men swaggering around saying "I'm a fackin' gangster" whilst salt of the earth East End women scrub their front steps. It has no plot, so chucks in an irritating narrator and tedious love story.
