Legend is an okay gangster flick that features a powerhouse peformance from Tom Hardy. His outing as the Kray twins is something special. The rest of the film however, is serviceable but nothing memorable.
The direction of this film is the biggest flaw. There is no focus and the tone is all over the place. These issues aren't offensively bad but hold the film back from being great. I recommend this movie to fans of Tom Hardy or gangster films.
