This is one of the most depressing films I have ever seen. cage plays ben who goes to vegas to drink himself to death whereas shue plays sera a hooker who falls in love with ben. now the acting is first rate I cant complain about it but this is a movie you cant enjoy unless you crave suicidal thoughts.
cage deserved his oscar but the films wasnt all that.
