Review of Leap Year (2010) by Shiela E — 05 Oct 2011
I was relieved to enjoy this as I am yet (fingers crossed) to see an Amy Adams film which I didn't enjoy. Now that's not to say that Leap Year is great by any means, it isn't and in fact the ending is blindingly clear from about 15 minutes in but it manages just about to provide enough giggles and isn't overly schmaltzy.
Adams is better than this sort of film so I hope she endeavours to keep challenging herself because frankly without her in this wouldn't have been as likeable.
