This movies is excellently noir, but the little dialogue and slow pacing--which are, according to many of Le Samourai's fans, the marks of a genius director-- definitely didn't leave me thrilled.
Watching this movie was like reading the Bible: I understand it's values and greatness, but can I say I had fun watching it? Not really.
