Review of Lawrence of Arabia (1962) by Troy F — 04 Sep 2010
Lawrence Of Arabia was a little difficult to rate. I mean, it's a great epic story of a man who leads the Arabian nation to their own freedoms, it's cinematography and editing is incredible, and Peter O'Toole's performance was impressive.
On the other hand, it's hard to deny that the film is a little too long and a little slow at times. Since I can't verify if this is is really an issue of the film or according to my preferences, I really find it hard to call it much of a drawback to a film that is otherwise a spectacular classic.
