Review of L'Avventura (1960) by Andrew S — 11 Jan 2008
I love how antonioni's beautiful visuals add more detail and insight into the characters than the "plot" might otherwise imply. antonioni's camera nearly establishes landscape and architecture as another character in the drama.
antonioni's film has a lot to say about modern society, relationships, and grieving; generally regarded as a classic and I support that notion.
