Review of L'Avventura (1960) by Jen Y — 07 Jun 2005
Since I'm kinda new to RT, I haven't yet started my own Vine! Shameful, I know. So here goes!
And since I've been here for almost 2 months now, I'll start with the films watched back then, through today:
L'Avventura: Loved it, blown away, it's awesome.
La Dolce Vita: Awesome in a different way, but I liked the understated exquisiteness of L'Avventura more -- and how can you not compare the two?
Mean Creek: So sad, but so good!
Talk To Her: Yeah, it was Almodovar. Good, but kinda so-so good.
Dog Day Afternoon: Sweaty, but worth it.
