With Jean Vigo's penchant for interesting characters, the barge industry is certainly full of them. That being said, I'm not so sure that having a honeymoon on a barge is such a good idea, especially if it's your career.
I'm a staunch proponent of having work and personal lives separate, but I guess that's part of the charm of this film . . .
