Review of Last Ounce of Courage (2012) by Carolyn Hallahan S — 14 Sep 2012
This was a great movie. I can't wait to see it again.
Every time I hear a reference to the seperation of church and state as outlined in the constitution I want to scream. There is no seperation of church and state in the constitution. That is why God is on our money, our supreme court, the Washington monument, and other state and federal buildings and monuments.
The first ammendment exists to protect the people from the government. It does NOT exist to protect the governmet from the people. Freedom of religion belongs to the people. Freedom FROM religion does not belong to the government.
So, I may be early, but Merry Christmas to all of you. May you have a happy and holy season complete with Christmas trees, manger scenes, Santa Claus, stars, and carols.
