Review of Last Night in Soho (2021) by Gomesx — 11 Jan 2022
Eloise Turner (Thomasin McKenzie) wants to be a stylist. She is a country girl who has been accepted to study in London. Eloise loves the 60s and sees and feels things from the past. At night, when she sleeps, she becomes Sandie (Anya Taylor-Joy) who wants to be a singer but gets caught up in the seedy world of prostitution.
Compliments in a different plot. The film moves and gains traction, but I wasn't satisfied with the fate. The ending wasn't as fun as the rest of the production. Until the end, it was one of my favorite movies of 2021.
