Honest cop is trapped between criminals and the dirty cops within the department. PM can excel in this department, delivering a lot of bang for your buck with tons of gunplay, car chases and explosions.
Competent direct to video effort that may suffer by overly familiar plot. Unfortunately released closely with the Bruce Willis film with the same title.
