People complain about a slow burn but I found that great, I was drawn in and invested in each. Owen's usual bland performance distracts a little and Freeman clearly is just here for a paycheck. A little thin plot wise but a great tansposition of extreme honour code to a more "Western" Medieval setting.
Overall I was engaged and enjoyed the movie a lot and was pleasantly surprised they went through with the ending and didn't smash cut a happy ending which would have been jarring.
