This movie is plain proof that not only has van sant not done his homework, but also that he knew nothing about nirvana/ on the other hand it's supposed to be inspired by the death of kurt cobain...ok ...well if anyone isnt familiar with the story not only will be bored to death but will also be wondering what the hell was all that when the film is over.
Nice try gus. maybe a film about the life of the REAL kurt cobain would have been better.
The fact that he recently filmed MILK makes me want to continue investing on the guy. other than that if this was his last movie he would have been dead in my book for a long time.
