Quite arty this film isn't a straight forward biography of Curt Cobain but rather a sort of 'inspired by' type of flick. Avoiding a casual narrative, the film just accompany these characters wondering around, being on drug and looking terribly depressed.
It could be awful but here it's interesting and well done. Proof once again a good director can handle anything.
