"To see the world in a grain of sand.

And a heaven in a wild flower.

Hold infinity in the palm of your hand.

And eternity in an hour.".

Director Simon West (Con-Air) helmed this action packed videogame adaptation that's wickedly action packed and off-the-wall throughout. An adventure full of sensational intrigue and nonstop thrills from just after the previews up until the credit roll. A pure blast of fun, nothing more and nothing less. Packed with plenty of extraordinary action sequences including plenty of shootouts and chases. Tomb Raider is sexy, stylish, and exhilarating edge of your seat popcorn fun that is admitedly a definate guilty pleasure o mine. I can't give an opinion on how well the adaptation is, given the fact that I've not played the hugely popular videogames. Enticing as hell and crammed with great visual effects, Tomb Raider is a must-see film that I happened to enjoy immensely.

Angelina Jolie is smoldering hot in her role as the sexy as hell Lara Croft. Its not her best performance, but let's face it, she is astoundingly easy on the eyes so it all balances out. Daniel Craig does a good job in a pre-James Bond performance. Jon Voight is awesome as usual.
