If you wanted to see a film about a police officer that terrorizes a newlywed couple, then you will probably be disappointed. If you wanted to see a film about Samuel L. Jackson terrorizing a newlywed couple, then you will surely be pleased.
In short, if you are not a fan of Samuel L. Jackson then this is not the movie for you, because he carried the entire film by himself with no exception.
