Review of Lake of Fire (2006) by Laurence T — 07 Apr 2008
Pulls no punches but leans overwhelmingly onto my side. With one exception early on, there seem to be no intelligent, well-spoken pro-lifers willing to discuss the subject. I'm convinced they must exist, which is why I was interested in watching this film, but in the end I knew as much about the debate before I watched this as I did after.
Another minor gripe: some of the sections were far too long and there didn't seem to be much editing done, so it was very easy to lose concentration when segments got a little samey. Perhaps that's just the residual effect of MTV on me, I dunno.
