Review of Lake of Fire (2006) by Rick S — 21 Jun 2008
A powerful, uncompromising documentary that skillfully explores one of the most contentious social and political issue of this generation. Layers of nuance and a multitude of perspectives anchors the film, but it is its finely tuned balance on this controversial question that really stands out.
Captivating, though at times difficult to watch, Lake of Fire is one of the finest example of documentary film-making in years.
