Review of Lake Mungo (2009) by Grëg W — 15 May 2010
A very well made independent mockumentary about a family who is grieving after their daughter drowns in a lake. the family experiences many supernatural occurences after her death, and they decide to set up video cameras around the house to catch anything they hear.
this turns out to be more than they expected, and many creepy findings follow. as the investigation continues, they find that she might have known she was going to die, bringing up many questions to answer.
nevertheless, this is definitely one of the better after dark horrorfest movies to be released, but if you're not a fan of the shaky cam movies, such as paranormal activity, blair witch project, or cloverfield, this one might not be for you.
