Review of A Siren in the Dark (2009) by Pepito G — 03 Jul 2011
A gay-themed film that proves that gay low-budget horror/fantasy can be just as concetrated on gratuitous sex and nudity as their straight counterparts. Sex, murder, incest, drugs, and...vampirism? Cannibalism? Some ideas in this film don't come across too clearly.
At times the cinematography reminded me of David Lynch, but there were far too few of these moments.
