Laid to rest is a tolerable slasher film that works on almost every level. It's a low-budget horror film produced by the same company that gave us the fantastic slasher film Hatchet. Laid to Rest has some really weak acting and some so-so special effects but if you go in with low expectations then this film will be enjoyable.
Laid to rest isn't the greatest horror of the year and will be forgotten by many but it's a fun little slasher flick that is enjoyable on almost every level. 62/100.
