Review of Lady Vengeance (2005) by Antony K — 30 Nov 2008
Furious film, full of scenes and sceneries. I like the finger of Lady Vengeance, she amputates it, then the surgeons re-attach it, and she has a bandage for all the movie-time. Obviously Lee Young-ae is beautiful, and her Vengeance red eye shadow is so fine, that I, a man would like to copy.
The graphic is excellent, especially the initial theme. with a tear flowing, turning into blood, and still a tear. Marvelous. Not to mention the daughter of Lady Vengeance - Geum-ja, and the translations English Korean. I am forgetting the Vengeance part of the movie, the tortured who become a tortured. Violence is always a hint.
If you want, this is the Zen version of Kill Bill.
