Review of Lady Vengeance (2005) by Devin R — 06 Jan 2010
Visually stunning and a gripping, often disturbing storyline. I found this the most gruelling of the Vengeance Trilogy in the subject matter sense, yet I couldn't look away. The revenge is brutal and amazing.
Is it just me or did anyone else find parts of it darkly comical? I don't remember Mr Vengeance or Oldboy to be remotely funny.
