Review of Lady in the Water (2006) by Ashlee M — 25 Jan 2012
This has an original, fairy tale-like feeling to it. Giamatti once again nails the role as a widower, handy-man as Howard's character enters his life and changes it forever. Love how in the film, people you think are just simple characters play a much larger role in the end.
The music by James Newton Howard is also fantastic and help drive the film. Glad I saw this before I saw the ratings or I probably would of missed out.
