Review of Lady in the Water (2006) by Kalakan. — 08 Jun 2007

This is the first time I have ever seen a movie like this. The opening act, where Mr. Heap is in a cupboard under a sink killing an insect, is absolutely unique; all the way through to where the Asian girl translates that her mother wished she could be more like her sister that married a dentist is so true to life, even though this is a first rate fantasy film.

I loved it. I look at it often because there is always something I didn't get or see from a previous viewing.
