Review of Lady Bird (2017) by Moonman1994 — 24 Nov 2017
Lady Bird is a compelling and very funny female coming of age story. Every joke hits and the performances by the actors are great. The film follow's "lady bird's" progression during her senior year of high school through the beginning of college.
The acting is superb and the film does a great job broaching subjects such as poverty, friendships and even a small coming out story in the middle of it without being preachy in any way.
