Review of Lady and the Tramp (2019) by Dpfghela — 25 Mar 2020

I won’t go into details but I will say the forced diversity in this movie ruins the period feeling. It feels dishonest to the point it pulls you out of the movie. It’s a shame because the human characters are secondary to the animals.

But it never feels that way because the world is so fake. And the replacement of original songs lessens the movie. I feel it would’ve been better to remove it and not replace. I wish disney would stop ruining their classic movies.

Make new ones with there own relevant message. The old classics may not be “woke” but they were honest and of their time.
