It's a nice story but is kinda boring. It has bland songs, a lack of character development, and no couple development. In fact it's sequel Lady and The Tramp 2: Scamp's Adventure is much more enjoyable.
I wrote a review on that movie and I hope you'll read it. It'll atctually explain more of what's wrong with the original movie, it's characters, and the songs.
