Review of Labyrinth (2011) by Peter P — 09 Aug 2012
Jim Henson was a genius, pure and simple, with puppets and storytelling, but I think the most genius move had to be putting David Bowie in the role of Jereth, now that was quality casting, (although I was really bummed to find out later that it was a juggler doing all the cool glass ball moves and not Bowie, but what you gonna do) plus the characters were great, Ludo was my favorite, and Jennifer Connelly held her own nicely, and I loved being able to show this to my daughters now, pity Henson didn't make more movies before his untimely passing.
