Best movie I have seen in a long time. I have also read the book and enjoyed it very much. I do wish the movie had shown more of the visible changes that Adele underwent as described in the book (i.e. laughing, looking softer) as well as more of the physical relationship.

The movie does compare to Nicholas Sparks but it surpasses that as it has a satisfying ending...female authors are usually better at this for a female target audience. I am longing for more as this merely whet my appetite!
