Review of La Vie en Rose (2007) by Michael H — 18 Sep 2010

It is complicated to keep viewing sub titles for me but as time went on I got used to it and followed throughout accuratley. Impressed by marion cottliard's performance as the talented Edith Piaf, really brought to the table an impressive biopic, to me the performance of cottilard was the main reason why it was good, the direction wasnt great in my opinion, it kept jumping from one era to another which got too repetitive, tried to hard at times which kind of faded in quality, but to make Marion Cottilard but a good performance as the french singer was a high point.

Good singing. Not the best biopic movies ive seen or not one of them, but quality is there to be viewed.
