Meh.
Fuuuuunnnny at times though.
Totally makes fun of L.A. locals.
The main character drives to his next door neighbor's house, there are robbers lined up at an ATM to steal money ("hi, i'm bob, i'll be your robber today" "hey, how ya doin'? Here you go"), they have open season on the highway, its just hilarious.
