La La Land its a good movie , by all means, good performances, nice photography, great direction, good songs - pretty movie. But like all romantic kind of movie: its predictable, albeit boring sometimes.
This one its different towards the end, with a climatic last 5mns, but in the end we get outside the movie theater with the "been there, done that." kind of feeling. The real main diference here from other romantic/drama comedies its the budget - well paid/renowned award winning actors and a acclaimed talented director that loves jazz, and has given me in the past one of the best movies I saw in the last 5 years.
