Review of La Haine (1995) by Simon D — 13 Feb 2014
Still Stands the Test of Time. Great characters and an intriguing story, supported by a superb cast, as well as the filming of non-actors in the very real slums of France circa 1995. La Haine is true cinema in every way, while touching on a number of societal issues that people face to this day, (police brutality, socio-economic unrest, poverty, hate and violence in general).
La Haine's Stunning visuals and Immaculate soundtrack make for a perfect 10 of a film!! One of the greatest movies of all time!!! Mad Props to Vincent Cassel!!!! ARE YOU TALKING TO ME??
