Pretentious and dull. I love how on the back of the box it says it takes a page out of The Battle of Algiers, Mean Streets, and Do the Right Thing. All three of those films are far superior to this one.
It's not a good sign when your film starts out with a bad Robert DeNiro Taxi Driver impression.
