Marcello talking with his friend Steiner, who he rarely even sees, about success and his children and how Marcello wants to find himself in the same position that Steiner seems to be in... that was great.
Later in the film Steiner kills himself. It's insane. I waited too too long to see this film and it was great, I thought it would be some sort of fluff about a man chasing different women, and althought that picture of Sylvia is one I relate the film to, it was so much more that that.
